Heather believes that a colourful composition can truly brighten your day. She began her painting journey as a teenager using oils to paint her childhood family farm. Heather learned her craft by joining art classes benefiting from painting alongside many professional and local artists. Her artistic style captures the beauty of rural Ontario. Careers and family have taken her to a variety of different places with an abundance of subjects to paint. Heather has explored many techniques and mediums as she has grown as an artist including: oils, acrylics, and watercolours to create many artworks to bring joy. Some of Heather's recent paintings are scenes from Lakes Erie and Ontario where there are endless ideas for the next piece of art.
