The creative process of my abstracts begins with no predetermined subject, which is liberating and allows for unexpected discoveries to emerge during the painting process.
Driven by intuition, the power of colour, light, and energy, inspired by the unique landscapes surrounding the Niagara. Each painting takes on its own life which is part of the magic of abstract art. I use a variety of techniques such as layering, blending, and texture to create depth and complexity in my paintings. My goal is to create art that evokes emotion and encourages contemplation. Through my work, I hope to inspire others to see the world in a new light. |
